I think #2 is better composed, but I'd crop out that distracting yellow area at the bottom..

I like the second one, but I'd play more with dof the background is still distracting

I like the shot, but the bottom third is distracting. Either I would go with an increased depth of field, or tighten the shot so the bottm part not in focus is not there.
