Half Dome, Yosemite

    Here's a few picture I took from last year's trip to Yosemite

    Wished I had a polarizing filter at the time =( .... These were shot with my last camera, Nikon D90.

    I like all of em, think you did a great job. I love the texture on the last rock.

    Nice. You take us closer and closer step by step. Impressive (and huge!) rock! Wow. No wonder it is one of THE sights of Yosemite!

    Thanks everyone!

    Yea, those are people alright. 8 miles hike each way to get up there, no joke! I didn't even know I would be able to see people in my picture when I took it. I guess it was good that I had a 300mm telephoto and the crop sensor =D

    The Cable Route is as crowded as a California freeway during the summer.

    It's lots less crowded getting to the top, from the steep side there on the left! ;)

    It was no fun hiking with all my camera gears/tripod/food/lots of water! =( .... I ain't going to lie, I was dying the next day lol

    Sounds like Good time! Great shots also. I like how you framed dome far inthe background and its still clear. Was a nice day for some shots.
