I haven't gotten a chance to really go out and shoot with the lens yet! I received it an hour before sunset, and I managed to get to the beach in time to snap a couple of shots. I consider these just test shots (not what I would normally post up or show off, editing is a little playful as well).
Both shots are panoramas of two 15mm shots stitched together. I'm really impressed with how easily the shots stitch together shot at 15mm. The VR is very good. The sharpness and overall rendition of everything is very nice. The zoom ring is the only thing about the lens that feels lower quality (a bit stiff toward 15mm).
My 10-stop Lee SW150 ND filter is on its way. I have to construct a sponge filter holder for it (not paying $200 USD for a filter holder).
