Last thread for awhile, I promise! LOL

Here is my choice. My budget is $1500.

A Canon Rebel XTi (body only) with 50mm f1.4 lens (buying lens seperately)

    OR

A Canon Rebel XT USED with Half year warranty no scratches, great condition. all original accessories Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Lens and a
    Canon EF 28-135mm f 3.5-5.6 IS USM
    Everything in perfect condition. $950

If I go for the used Canon, I can spring for another lens, which is quite tempting. If I am looking to do 'pro' quality pics, which is my best buy?? My gut is telling me the used just because those lenses will come in handy a year from now when I decide to upgrade my cam. If I get the Rebel XTi, is it that much of an upgrade in quality from the Rebel XT??

    Suggestions?

I would go for the XTi
The quality of the 50mm 1.4 and the upgrades of the body would weight out hte 28-135mm I am thinking

The XT is a very capable camera. The 50m 1.4 will be a very limited lens if it is all you; have but of course, that will depend on what you are shooting.
