Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Ok so through flikr I had this email....

My name is Greg Washington, and I am a fellow Flickr'r
(http://www.flickr.com/photos/boroughbaby/collections).

Me and a few friends run an online magazine called
Inquiringmind and we recently launched a brand new
photography feature called FOCUS. It is a collection of
some of the most interesting photos, from both amateur and
professional photographers alike. Check them out:

I was wondering if you'd like to submit your photo:

to be featured in the next edition of FOCUS?
Has any one else had this email or no anything about them, I googled them and didnt get anything bad, just there website, they are on there 6th or 7th issue, So what do you think? should I be running??

To be honnest my pic is nice but its not as good as the pics on there site or others i have seen.

Looks like a nice site; as long as they aren't trying to have you pay them for the privelage of having one of your photo's for their e-zine, I would think it's nice exposure.

Yeah, i agree with SamGuss... as long as they are not asking you any money and they put you name under your photo (copyright things)... it`s all good... :)

That's why I like the Internet. Infinitely better than just having the print sit in a shoebox in the basement, no?

Oh, and good shot btw.

Nice site with 18 nice pictures. Ilike the words though, it is as moving as picture itself. The first one:

What I love most about it is - I could live to be a 100 and still there would be new things I could try out and learn.

I remember an astronomer was asked what is the most important thing in his/her life that want to accomplish? He/she said by flying back all the way into the split second before the bigbang.

This is the second one:

An interesting photograph is one that inspires, evokes some kind of emotion whether dignified or deviance.

I saw not long ago somewhere in a magazine a photo of a standing woman holding her little daughter. She was an African in Africa. Before I read the article I could see the very sad face of that woman, it is an undescrible but very recognizable sadness. Inside the article it tells that woman was raped by a rebel or a soldier - and than dumped. That girl was the result of that rape.

A picture is worth thousands words.
