    I'm not sure, I'm going to swing back buy when the Audobon society is open and ask them.

    It kind of looks like a red tail hawk (except this was bigger) or a broad-winged hawk (which is migratory). Red-shouldered hawks seem a bit dark (compared to pics I've seen).

    Looks like your shutter may of been a bit too slow.

    I would also of preferred seeing the bird's face over its butt, and a different crop that is not smack in the center of the frame

    I would have to say it's a Redtail Hawk. Great pic!
