Hi All! Last week I had the privlege of photographing the wedding of one of my bestfriends. It was an amazing experience... Not only did I have my first overseas trip (Lake Tekapo, NZ), I witnessed one of the most moving ceremonies... not the best when trying to focus through the viewfinder!!! Anyway, here are some from the day. I am really happy and hope they will be too. Hope you enjoy and looking forward to comments and c.c.... thankyou x jem

#3... this one was a bit soft, not sure if it was due to camera movement but added a glow with some noise? is it ok?

#5... I also did a similar shot, but focusing on the label on the perfume.... she couldnt hold the bottle to show both the ring and perfume at once which was my initial idea...

Jemmy, these look very nice:) Wish I could see more of the outside of the church. It looks cute.
I think some of the ones from the inside look rather dark though. And I think that it's ok that you didnt get the perfume label. I'd rather just see the ring!

hey jemmy... lots of great shots here...you did a fine job and I'm sure they'll be very happy with your work.
My suggestion for the last shot is to crop it....start at bottom right and crop the side and bottom (shift+click/drag) equally in until the trees are gone (the ones sticking above the line of the mountains) on the right side...this leaves a nicely balanced image with a clean line of mountains in the BG and gets rid of most of the messy looking gravel in the FG (i can post my crop if you like).
Then I would put a standard but quite heavy vignette...I find the burn you did around the couple too obvious.
    That's just my 2 cents :)
