HD software for Slide show?

Photos OK to edit
Where can I get software for my 2000 X 3000 pics that I can show on a slide show on HD TV's or the like?

Any free ones?
 
if you have a mac, iMovie and iDVD come free and do what you're after. Windows i'm not able to help with.
