HDR alternative software

What other HDR programs are there other than Photomatix? It doesn't seem to be very user friendly. I'm having a world of trouble with Photomatix - it's just too bad I paid for it.

there are several, all have a learning curve.

There is Artizen, Dynamic Photo HDR.

Did you download or check the tutorial with photomatix?

I downloaded Photomatix Pro and now I don't even want to use it. Thanks for suggesting those 2 alternatives.
