HDR for Interior Architectural Photography

When I shoot architecture I set my Aperture at f11 and bracket on the shutter from light to dark even if its a ton of exposures. But I do not use hdr software because its to fake looking for me. Nothing looks like you really see it in person. I use layers and do it manual and have good results. I think we need strobes still in architecture photography to really help control color balance and overexposed windows. Or do not shoot at those times, The shot below is all natural light, 5 exposures 15 minutes in photoshop.
Simple.
