The only reason I can make of the quotation marks is because of the cost of the time and headache you will have to endure in order for that guy to impose his beliefs upon you and try to tell you that he knows what's best for you.

I think the "It's Free" can have multiple meanings but my first guess is that heaven is being offered as a gift, it is just a matter of accepting it or not (assuming this guy is of the Christian perspective).

I see a lot of people take shots of guys/gals like this on my Campus, where was this one taken?

The fix looks much better.
