Headshot photo - but no studio!

I was asked to do a couple headshots for business phamplets last minute. The only problem is that I don't have a studio or the proper lighting for a traditional headshot. Any suggestions!??!

A window with nice soft light (look for a north facing window) and maybe a reflector (could be a foam-core board or anything really)...can make for nice lighting.
