    My first thought is to photoshop out the freckle on his forehead.

    I find the first one has too many odd angles to it, the third is to straight on. I like the 2nd the best, but wish part of his head wasn't cropped out of the photo.

    I think #2 is off just because his head is tilted toward his high shoulder. In posing a guy, tilt his head toward his low shoulder just like you did in the first pose, it's more of a masculine pose!

    In #3, you've got him doing the "football shoulders" pose. This makes the subject appear larger, and it gives the photo a static, motionless feeling.

    I think that (minus the freckle :D) the first picture is my favorite.

    Really nice job on lighting and exposure!
