I just realized that there is an introductory section!

Well, my name is Pat. I'm from a small-town suburb of Rochester, New York. I've been "into" photography for about a year now, and I'm glad to discover a community full of such helpful and fascinating people that share an interest with me. I am currently in my senior year of high school, and attempting to build a portfolio in the near future. I'd have to say that I love film as much as I do digital, and have an appreciation for variety of media.

Any insight, knowledge or critique is much welcomed, and I am willing to learn from anyone I can!
