Hello for 1st time.

Hi everyone my name is Kendo and I love taking pictures. One day I was going to a work event and I wanted to take some basic pics. I went to the store and picked a camera that was easy to use. The Canon PowerShot S5 IS is what I ended up getting. I had no idea that I would end up loving photography. I learned everything that I could about it and now practice everyday. That was a year ago and now I am ready to get my first DSLR. I just don't know what one yet. Anyway, I hope to learn a lot from all of you and maybe even answer some questions for you.
