Hello,

I'm a semi retired IBM CE/Courier/Photographer/Industrial Abseiler.

Around the mid 70s I took some shots with my
girlfriends Zenit 35mm film SLR that had a
good, fast, wide lens. I found the results satisfying,
and have been shooting on and off ever since.

My best digital camera is a Nikon D700.
I have a 9 year old Fujifilm"bridge" camera that I use too...
it makes up for its shortcomings with its versatility.

Apart from photography, I enjoy motorsport,
fishing and motorcycles.

I shot my avatar with a Nikon FM manual film camera
back in 89... see below... and below that, is a "selfie" shot
with the D700.
