Hello there! I'm a total amateur, just recently taking my interest in photography a little beyond just "taking pictures". I'm currently taking a course in Photography and hoping to learn all that I can! I'm excited and happy that I found this forum, looking forward to getting to know some of you!

Hi from a fellow Montealer. Hopefully, you'll also join one of the local photo clubs. There are a bunch, in both english and french, and lots of very talented members. The Lakeshore Camera Club (on the west Island) is one I belong to, and the Montreal Camera Club has an excellent reputation. There are several others on the south shore, so there are many opportunities to see and learn!
