Hello from Pennsylvania!

Hello everyone!

I am Cory, and I'm 19. Took digital photography in high school about 3 years ago, which I have since graduated, and is what really kind of triggered my interest in photography. This past October of 09, I had one of my photos actually published in 2 magazines. Guitar World, and Guitar Player.

This is the photo that made it in the magazines. It was for an AXL Guitar contest.

Anyway, after this had happened, I figured, if I can get a photo into a magazine, I suppose I was at least decent. So I bought a Canon Rebel Xs.

That's probably an overused caption, but welcome to TPF! Getting your photos published (regardless of where you are the subject or the shutterbug) is always exciting. Thanks for sharing and hope you enjoy the world of photography.
