Hello from Wisconsin

Hey everyone!

I'm a beginning photographer from Wisconsin. I'm just getting used to my camera and trying to learn as much as I can. I basically joined because I love reading as much as I can about photography and to bounce any questions or ideas I have with other photographers.

I'm not sure what direction I want to go in at this point. I've been mainly focusing on family portraits and have recently taken a 5 and 6 generation photo for my wife's family that turned out pretty well. So I guess I want to focus in that area for right now. I'm also interested in sports photography (I guess having kids will do that to you).

Finally I just picked up a studio light kit so I'm ready to try to cross that bridge.

I'm not the most talkative person and tend to lurk but I'm trying to work on that.
