I have been lurking as a guest for a while and decided to jump on into the water.

I found this site whole searching for information on techniques.

My interests lay with macro, portraits, and wildlife. I have been shooting for several years but I am constantly seeking to improve the quality of my work.

It never ends does it? Just when you thought you learn enough lol.... Im trying to learn macro. Portraits and wildlife is my pros......Have any macro you can share?

No, ... not yet. I will soon though.

It didn't take long to come up against a wall with DOF issues. My next project will be to fabricate some type of light rig for macro.

My primary focus right now, though, is devoting as much time as possible to learning photoshop.

I found some links on this forum to lynda.com and am trying to work through some tutorials.
