Help Bout Manual Focus

Hey All the Gr88 Warriors wid CAm...:hail:

Kindly help me bout manual focus thing..

When Do we need the manual focus exactly.??
i ve got DMC Fz7 .. the manual focus is not being better then auto focus...

Auto-focus is only as good as the software it works from. Sometimes it can be fooled and sometimes there isn't enough like for the auto-focus to work. Or you'll want to focus the camera before what you're photographing is in the area your camera is pointing (perhaps a bike or car riding into shot), so the camera has nothing to focus on.

If you look in the view finder, and the focus is blurred.
If you have an older non auto focus lens.
If you want to be a little "creative"
If you want to "PLAY"
If you want to fit a Teleconverter
If your camera just can't handle the situation (And at some time or other , most will put up the white flag and cry "Uncle").

this might just be that the diopter needs adjusting.....

Or there is not enough light to focus with,
Or the object the camera focused on is not the subject you wanted in focus for creative reasons,
Or the camera malfunctioned,
Or the AF is not fast enough for the moving subject and you wish to prefocus on the area the subject will be in,
Or a bunch of other reasons that I am sure others will speak up about.

AF is not the have all, end all the manufacturers want you to think it is.
