Help! I need to get rid of the grain

I recently took these photos in the shade on a sunny day. I currently use a Nikon D200. I used a tripod because of the low light. My settings were 1/30 f 7.1, Aperature priority, ISO 125, and White balance on Manual. I have run into this problem over and over again and I am not sure how to fix it. What do I need to change on my camera settings? It seems to me like its a lighting issue. I have tried to fix it in Camera Raw, but it didn't do much. The Noise control didn't seem to do anything. Is there a specific way on how to use it?

Also I am looking for ideas on how to make the picture not as grainy. I use Photoshop CS2. Thank you for your help.

Can you post a link to the original size photo? I don't really see a noise there...
