Help identifying camera equipment

Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I have yet another unknown camera equipment piece and any help identifying it or estimating it's value would be greatly appreciated.

It has a tripod mount; it attaches somehow as a viewfinder , in-line between a lens and a camera. And it has a Leica cap...Visoflex?
