I recently got back some portrait shots I had taken. Here was the set-up:
Window light only
ISO 100 film B&W
tripod
camera was on auto...settings were F4 at 1/4
Problem is the photos just weren't what I expected.(blurry etc) Camera is a Nikon 8008.
A year or so ago I shot similiar setup with an old Pentax K1000 using settings I got out of a magazine and they were, IMHO, awesome...at least a whole heck of a lot better than these with the Nikon. I know it's hard to comment without seeing the photos but anyone want to venture any comments? thanx
