Help with sky problem

I've been trying to edit this photo but im having trouble with the sky.Nothing i do works, anyone got any idea on how to improve this?

What´s wrong with the sky?

BTW...the horizon isn´t straight.

I guess i just wanted the sky to look better to me it seems non interesting.

are you talking about the noise? Cause you can try Neat Image to get rid of that, just google it.
