RTFM - Read The Furnished Manual........cover-to-cover ...... several times ..... with your camera close at hand.
1. Your monitor brightness may be turned down. See page 134 of the D3200 Reference manual
2. The Monitor may be turned off. See page 5 of the D3200 Reference manual and the INFO button.
3. Image Review may be turned off. See Playback Display Options page 126 of the D3200 Reference manual.
4. The least likely issue, but certainly possible, is the camera is malfunctioning and needs to be repaired.
