Help!

I thought i had set this shot correctly so i dont know if ive done something wrong or if its just my luck.I couldn't use a tripod so maybe thats it but i was hoping this shot would come out better.
Any way i can correct this?

Looks like a bit of camera-shake related blur. Nothing you can really do in post, but in the future, you might want to use a higher ISO and wider aperture to ensure you can shoot at a shutter speed of at least 1/50".

Yeah, shooting @ a shutter of 1/8 sec is tough without a tripod, or at least a lens with stabilization. You could have used a faster shutter if you went up on your ISO. You shot this a 400, probably should have been @ 800-1600.
