Helping a friend sell his boat

Can I rent it right there? $100/mo.. It's bigger than my room, private and ready for the second great flood. Gots a party deck, inflatable 'jacuzzi',.. -Shea

My friend is aware that this is a little too far from the water, so he's also willing to part with the puddle that formed underneath the hull.

His phone is ringing off the hook right now. TPFers rock!

1 - Is there a service history on it?

2 - Along with the puddle, can I assume the dinghy and blocks are part of the package?

3 - Is that the original paint?

4 - Any chance of owner financing?

1. Does this look like the type of seacraft that would ever need service to you?

2. Dinghy is included. You can make an offer for the blocks.

3. Would you like it to be? If so, then yes.

4. You do not seem like the type of gentleman who would need financing, so the answer to your question is yes :)
