I have always enjoyed taking pictures and just recently, like the past year, have really spent some time doing it for fun. I know NOTHING about photography, in fact i'm thinking about taking a basic course. My family are my subjects, although looking at all of your photographs has inspired me to look elsewhere! I was a labor and delivery nurse and now a stay at home mom to my 3 favorite subjects. I use some kind of fuji digital camera :blulsh2: that I really have never fully read the manual for. Maybe some of you can help me know where to start.... I really love doing black and whites. I think its because I don't really like the color pics I have taken most of the time. So here are a few questions...and then a few pics. (noone laugh at me!) 1. What is a good starter camera if I decide I need to upgrade? Something not outrageously priced. 2. Are there online courses that would help me? 3. How did you get started in the very beginning? I'm 27 so I hope to have a few years to spend learning! 4. I take pictures of all the newborns at church to make a bulletin board, any advice on this subject specifically? Thanks... Thanks for looking and any advice. I realize now after looking at all your photos how unclear these seem...help me focus!
