Hi from Texas

I've been a member for a couple months now, and figured I'd say hi.

I've always been interested in photography, and got my first "real"camera about 12 or 15 years ago. A Pentax K1000. It was good to learn on, and I kept it even after upgrading to a ZX30.

I dumped them both after I went digital with the *ist shortly after I got my waterfall guidebook published in '04. I know, waterfalls are cliche, but they make a good destination for a hike! If interested, my waterfalls are at www.usfalls.com or www.massfalls.com

Started doing some editing, reading, classes, hey I'm hooked. Doing the New York Institute of Photography course now. Has some good stuff in there...
