Hello all,

I am building a list of the equipment required to one man shoot some professional looking videos of attractions, parks, businesses etc in my community. I have never done this before so please be easy on me.

This is what I am hoping for after a steep learning curve

I hope you can help me with the list and let me know what I may be missing.

My plan is to produce about 3-4 videos a month.

My existing photography equipment consists of:

Sony A57
70-210 F4
18-55 F4.5-5.6 kit
50mm F1.7
8mm Samyang fisheye

Nikon D90
18-55 kit
Sigma 8mm F3.5

Manfrotto tripod MT294 294 Aluminum Tripod 3 Sections MT294A3 - Tripods Manfrotto
manfrotto 804RC2 pan tilt head
manfrotto 496RC2 ball head

Nodal ninja 4
Nodal ninja R10
Nodal ninja RD 16 advanced rotator.

Thank you for having a look and for any advice you can offer!

You are going to want a better tripod/head. You are going to want a wireless mic kit.

Tripod: You want something that is big heavy and steady. A fluid head is a must have if you expect to do any panning or tilting. Ball heads and 3-way heads are terrible for video. Not to mention that if you plan on mounting a slider/jib you need a much sturdier tripod.

Frankly the jib and the slider looks a bit cheap and i wouldn't put any gear on them.

Slider: whis is what I have and it's rugged and easy to use.

Jibs:
Again these are hard, you could easily spend over $1000 on a basic one. Read the review and look at the DSLR video community to find on that will work.
