how do i change that little message underneath my name? the one that says "I spend too much of my life here"

You have to be a subscriber to change it yourself.

Or you have to be notorious enough, annoying enough, nice enough, etc etc etc and then one of the admins will change it! (Do this at your own risk though!!!) Much safer just to become a subscribed member. hehe.
