    Take the pic 4 times and use the 4 segments to construct the scene.

    I think you just take multiple exposures and overlap them in your editing software.

    or what the guy above me just said since im slow on the computer and typing.

    She is fortunate enough to not only be a twin, nor triplette, she is a quadruplette :)

    onyjoking

    take 4 pictures + photoshop them (depending on position, it will be easier, i.e. if you make sure you do not stand "behind" or infront of the other posed place (but to the left or right of it.) it will be easier to edit it.

    also, tripod.

    Nothing fancy, just multiple shots merged in post. I'd suggest to make use of the Search function available on TPF.
