How to frame in PS?

    I'm just learning photoshop here, so please be gentle (lamens terms).

    I can't figure out how to frame a photo is PS Any help?

    I checked out your frame and it's really nice.
    Couple of questions...I presume since you have it as a download it's fine for me to use it?
    And second...how do you alter it a bit for hi res images to give a slightly thicker fill area?

    Thanks David,
    Right now it only supports 70ppi to 80ppi I will try to update it later tonight to handle 300ppi images as well. And yes, it's fine to use the action wherever you would like.
