how to load camera film

hi gang

i have the promaster 2500pk super 35 mm slr camera and i was wondering what is the best way to load film in it?.when i did it before it got more and
more harder to rewind while holding down the film release button.finally i
had to open the door with still some film unrewinded and exposed.is there
an art to rewinding film?i know its so basic but im a newbie i guess at it.

Loading is straight forward and explained well in the manual on page 8. Here's a link to the manual as a PDF, if you don't have a copy.

Take care that the cassette stays positioned as its shown in the picture. Also, when rewinding, be sure you turn the rewind crank the proper direction. It is turned clockwise when looking down on it from the top.
