how to post pictures

I'm having some trouble attempting to post photo's. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to host them somewhere (flickr & photobucket are popular). Once you have them hosted online, all you have to do is find the picture you want to post, right click on it, copy the image address, then paste that in the IMG tags.
