How to replicate these colors?

I've been trying to figure out how the artist went about getting the colors in the image. I'm guessing it has more to do with her using gels on her lights than her post-processing but I'm sure it's a little bit of both. The orange and pink tones just seem to blend into each other really well and I'm wondering how I would go about doing that.

I would raise the black point, warm the image, adjust the R, G and B curves for the skin, lower clarity on the face, adjust hue on the background, a little dodge and burn.

Or just click on some Instagram filter that my 16 year old niece always seems to use.
