Well I guess the best place to start is the introduction thread.

My name is Cody. I have been obsessed with photography for as long as I can remember. I was 12 when I got my first camera. Cheap little 35mm. I took pictures of everything. my mom calls me her little shutter bug. I always have a camera with me. either my phone or my little digi. But not I am the proud owner of a Nikon D3000. :mrgreen:

I bought it about 2 weeks ago along with a nice studio set up. Now I just have to learn how to use them. I've spent about a week and a half reading anything I could get my hands on and the more I read the more I get confused. So I thought why not find a forum where maybe someone will take pity on me and help me understand.

So if you see a thread by me it's usually a question I have and if at anytime you find the question stoopid... Please just move on because I do not see it as a stoopid question. I am here to learn and maybe make a few friends along the way.
