    Hi there,
I'm interested in HDR but must profess I don't know much about it. I do a little bit of game programming and I know what HDR means in terms of 3d graphics development but I'm not quite sure how you apply this to photography. Has anybody got a guide or tutorial that will enlighten me?

    Cheers,

TPF has an HDR forum. Pop over there and see what's up.

You could just as well ask for a tutorial on how to take a photo. HDR is a tool that can create a myriad of different effects.

Check out Stuck In Customs if you like his photos then read his tutorial, if not move on.

For instance I won't bother because I prefer to use HDR as a tool to get more out of my realistic photos, and not head for the surreal.

First question to answer is: What makes you interested in HDRI (High Dynamic Range Image)?
Second: What do you perceive to be HDRI?

I thought we had a sticky for HDR so that we didnt have to review this topic every few weeks. What happened to it!?! It was a great resource and saved time by just pushing people towards it ><
