HTML Scrollbar

I was wondering if there is a code to change the IE's browsers scroll bar
actual appearance, not just the color.


For a webpage I am doing for my e-commerce class I would like to have a
scroll bar the same style as my main banner bar. I know how to change the
different colors of the bar I just can't seem to find, if its out there,
anything about chaning the actual design.

Here is what the site looks like so far. I didn't get to choose the name.
The blue bar is what I would to try and create a scroll bar from. My school
uses internet explorer.

I'd say thats a client side thing so unless you could set up for the person to download the thing that would change the appearance before they get access then I doubt it would work. And making people wait to get a to a webstire usually makes them go somewhere else.

I could be wrong maybe you can do it server side.
