And stuffing, sweet potato casserole, corn soufflé, bakes beans, apple & pecan pies, and more type of mood :lol:

Coat the bird with olive oil, rub it with rock salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Crush some garlic cloves and an onion for the inside of the poor fowl, and barbeque it using the 'indirect' method for 4 or so hours, basting every 45 minutes or so. Plenty of time to drink some beer!

It's come on summer here now, and I just got a new BBQ, and now I'm determined to pick up a turkey!
