On the 17-55mm f/2.8 and it does NOT disappoint. The stabilization is awesome. Keep in mind I just got this lens though so I definitely have some things to work out..

#1 is a photo of the end of Route 66 and the second was taken by a friend of mine of me in front of Santa Monica Pier.

Going to the Hollywood sign today, so I'm excited to see how that pans out.

Nice! especially the 2nd one. Do you have a lens hood for it, might of prevented the rainbow in the first one.

Congratulations on your new lens. I used the 17-55mm for wedding photography and it's absolutely brilliant - I was really pleased with the contrast, colour, sharpness and stabilisation.
