I was totally content with buying a rebel XT until I went to Best Buy and held the 20D.

The grip is fantastic. The XT's grip is kinda toyish and not very confortable.

If I had the money in the bank I would Have a 20d right now. And some unpaid bills.

    Damit!

I know exactly what you guys mean! The XT (350D) is what I want to buy. It's about 400 Euros cheaper than the D70 and I much much much prefer the controls on the Canon than the Nikon - because I'm a left-eye and my nose hits that little cross arrow button so it's a bit hard to use the nikon for me. But the Canon is just a little uncomfortable to hold. Especially with nails!!
Oh Im' so confused! But with that big a price difference - I'm still gonna stick with getting the 350D.
    Good Luck.
