Probably something something on the lens, might be the mirror? There is just about the exact artifact on your camera too. I'm no doctor, but it's probably nothing in your eye... it follows the same motion path as the highlights on your buttons, and everything else for that matter. Could even be a highlight.

I know its not in my eye
i didnt use flash or anything though

It is a camera-shaken light spot in your eye. It would, if this photo did not have this amount of camera shake, just be a white spot. Now that white spot (as well as everything else) got distorted by the camera shake. Some light MUST have been reflected by that eye! That's all.

LaFoto is correct. Notice the pattern of the artifact in your eye. It matches the pattern of the blur in the rest of the photo. Your camera exposed the image for an amount of time long enough to pick up a blur from motion in the camera. That artifact is a relflection in your left eye (our right).
