I have a Yashica 109 Multiprogram and i want to know if Yashica lens compatible with all FX cameras and Contax like 139 and RTS, is compatible with my Yashica 109 too.

Yes. Yashica never made auto focus cameras, so all Yashica and $$Zeiss T* Star$$ Contax manual focus lenses will work on your 109.
