I need help with lighting!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who helped me!!! I would have responded earlier but I just got back from camping. I went to the photo store today and picked up a PC hot shoe adapter and it works like a charm. Here is the quick pic that I just took. It is so MUCH better!
