I need some opinions

Hello!!!
I'm here again (not really again, it's just first time) asking for some opinions on a few pictures I took a while back on a trip to Vancouver BC. and around my home.

Some good ideas but the photos are not great. Some focus issues but not too bad. The composition is lacking in a focus point or center of interest.
I like the one of the man on the bench but would move him to the right by cropping the right side of the shot and make him more bright and focused. But then that's just me.
