Could you be a little clearer about what you mean?
'Make pictures inside little keychain scope'? I don't understand.
Do you want to take pictures inside something small? Or with something?

I think they mean one of thoose key chains that you can get at amusement parks and stuff, and you hold it up to a light and you see your picture in there. It's basically a tube with a little plastic lens at one end and a semitransparent picture at the other end with an opaque white background. When held up to the light it illuminates the picture and you look through it!

    Tada!

So he wants to make pictures that go into one of those?
    Work out the size.
    Decide what to shoot.
Shoot on transparency film making sure the image you want fits within the known size - you could use a mask for this, putting it where the focussing screen goes.
Then use some scissors on the processed film.
    Does that help?

most labs that print from slides should be able to do it. You would have to find a lab that will go beyond just printing to do it but it can be done. Usually those are nothing but a 35mm slide cut down to fit in the keychain scope. If you can find a lab that still uses the equipment to shoot or make internegs they could do it. But with so much digital being used now to reproduce slides etc....... they may not do it the old fashion way anymore.

Thank you for all your help... it is a keychain which holds a picture of whoever/ whatever the subject is. When you look through the viewfinder which is held up to the light it shows the picture inside (SLO hit the nail on the head).

    Example:
    http://www.distributorcentral.com/images/products/78e81d7d-2f61-45ed-8229-8768c2920c88/large/f74b23db-3552-4c2b-b65b-3aad1922ac3a.jpg?0.739178307851

I need some ideas about how I could do this in a self sufficient way instead of taking it to a lab. ie. What kind of paper is used and what processing needs to be done.

I found one of the old scopes I used to have and it looks like it is a normal picture with a magnifying glass inside. I think things are coming together but if anyone has any help, it will still be apprecated.

Depends on the quality you are after.
It is possible to get see-through media for ink jet printers to print transparencies.
You could consider doing it digitaly - which would allow you to print a whole load of images on one sheet ans size them - but the image quality would not be brilliant.
The other way is to get a lab to do transparencies. If you want them all the same it is possible to get an interneg made to print duplicate slides. Quality is pretty good but the cost is high.
