i think this was a gull...

    it has very elborate markings for a gull, plus it appears to have no head :D

    Wow! Talk about detail and contrast.

    (Believe it is a juvenile Ring-Billed Gull (1st winter), as I was told from a similar image of an identical looking gull)

    is that a gull??? for some reason, it makes me think of a bird of prey.. but..i dont ya'lls city birds...could be all dressed up and no place to go gull...

    Thats what i thought, those tail feathers look a little prey like to me! Great capture jon :thumbup:
