I got this in an email today.

The story goes: A person was driving to work at highway speeds when he/she heard a very loud pop in the engine bay and pulled over. Thinking it was a flat tire, they pulled over. After popping the hood, it became immediately obvious what was wrong. A co-worker saw the owner of the vehicle on the side of the road and stopped to help out. The co-worker that stopped had a camera on hand and snapped the pictures below.(photograph evidence of why the owner of the vehicle was going to be late to work)

Could you freaking imagine???

OH! I've seen that before!

I should try to find the picture of the moose and the Jetta. There were no winners.

Had they driven another 10 miles, it would have been cooked quite nicely and ready to serve...seems like a waste.

haha

I would have been trying to kill a dead snake for snapping one of my belts and screwing up my engine bay. Oh and refusing to get back in the car... just in case there was another:shock:

awwww poor snake :(

I'll be late for work today as I spent half the night banning spammers, so much for my early night last night :x

WOW (thankful that i dont live near stuff like that)

We all live near spam, be careful out there. You never know when it will attack

That's a good reason to be late at work ! But explain it to your boss, not very easy :hail::hail:

Poor snake :(

That's aweful! Poor snake...

And I don't mean to cause an issue or anything, but I thought I read a comment from you on a recent thread that had a posted image of road kill, and I hathered that you were opposed to such photography...? I find these images much worse, seeing as the snake is being burned alive, rather than what I asume is a quick death for small road kill...

Please don't get me wrong on this, I'm not trying to offend, just figuring out where you stand...

I didnt say I was opposed to the poster showing the image or the fact that roadkill was viewed as a photo op. in his eyes, But more or less, Asking what made him, as a person, choose to photograph the road kill.
To each his own, Even if i dont like it(which isnt what i said), Its not my buisness what he chooses to photograph. I was just curious as to WHY.

&& dont worry, Im not easily offended :greenpbl:
